gutter: true\">.\/configure --prefix=\/PATH\/TO\/HDF5 --with-zlib=\/PATH\/TO\/ZLIB\/<\/pre>\n<p>\u5176\u4e2d\/PATH\/TO\/ZLIB\/\u66ff\u6362\u6210 zlib\u7684\u5b89\u88c5\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u5305\u7ba1\u7406\u5668\u5b89\u88c5\u7684\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0d\u7528\u5199\u00a0&#8211;with-zlib=\/PATH\/TO\/ZLIB\/ \u9009\u9879\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd8\u6709 \/PATH\/TO\/HDF5\u8981\u66ff\u6362\u6210 hdf5 \u5373\u5c06\u5b89\u88c5\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>.\/configure\u547d\u4ee4\u6267\u884c\u5b8c\u65e0\u9519\u8bef\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u518d\u6267\u884c\u547d\u4ee4<\/p>\n<pre class=\"brush: bash; gutter: true\">make install<\/pre>\n<p>\u5373\u53ef\u987a\u5229\u7f16\u8bd1\u5b89\u88c5\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>2.4 netcdf-c \u4e0e netcdf-fortran \u7684\u5b89\u88c5<\/h3>\n<p>netcdf \u4ee3\u7801\u4e0b\u8f7d\u5730\u5740\u4e3a\u00a0http:\/\/www.unidata.ucar.edu\/downloads\/netcdf\/index.jsp<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u65b0\u7248\u7684netcdf \u628ac\u548cfortran\u7684\u4ee3\u7801\u62c6\u5206\u51fa\u6765\u4e86\uff0c\u4f46\u662fWRF\u7684\u7f16\u8bd1\u4f9d\u8d56\u4e8enetcdf-fortran\uff0c\u800cnetcdf-fortran\u7684\u5b89\u88c5\u4f9d\u8d56\u4e0enetcdf-c\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2a\u5e93\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u5b89\u88c5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8f83\u8001\u7248\u672c\u7684WRF\u5b89\u88c5\u6559\u7a0b\u4ecd\u7136\u65e7\u7248\u672c\u7684netcdf\u63cf\u8ff0\u64cd\u4f5c\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u64cd\u4f5c\u5728\u65b0\u7248\u672c\u7684WRF\u7f16\u8bd1\u4e2d\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u51fa\u9519\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u770b\u5404\u4e2a\u6559\u7a0b\u65f6\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u6559\u7a0b\u91cc\u4f7f\u7528\u7684WRF\u548cnetcdf\u7248\u672c\u3002\u672c\u6587\u53d9\u8ff0\u7684netcdf\u7248\u672c\u4e3a netcdf-4.3.2.tar.gz \u548c\u00a0netcdf-fortran-4.4.1.tar.gz<\/p>\n<p>\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u4e0b\u8f7d\u4e86netcdf-4.3.2.tar.gz (\u5373netcdf-c)\u7684\u4ee3\u7801\u540e\uff0c\u89e3\u538b\u4ee3\u7801\uff0c\u8fdb\u5165\u4ee3\u7801\u76ee\u5f55\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u4ee5\u4e0b\u547d\u4ee4\u914d\u7f6e<\/p>\n<pre class=\"wrap:true lang:default decode:true\">.\/configure --prefix=\/PATH\/TO\/NETCDF --enable-netcdf-4 LDFLAGS=\"-L\/PATH\/TO\/HDF5\/lib\" CPPFLAGS=\"-I\/PATH\/TO\/HDF5\/include\"<\/pre>\n<p>\u5176\u4e2d\u00a0\/PATH\/TO\/NETCDF \u9700\u8981\u66ff\u6362\u4e3a\u4f60\u5373\u5c06\u5b89\u88c5netcdf\u7684\u8def\u5f84\uff0c\/PATH\/TO\/HDF5\/ \u8981\u66ff\u6362\u4e3a\u521a\u521ahdf5 \u7684\u5b89\u88c5\u8def\u5f84<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u540e\u4f7f\u7528\u547d\u4ee4<\/p>\n<pre class=\"brush: bash;
